Filtering system events

The filter of system events based on event details in the Details column is available in English only. You can filter events by the following values:

  • Application started. Real-time scan started (Application started. Real-time scan started).
  • Audit started (Audit started).
  • Audit stopped (Audit stopped).
  • Anti-Virus databases updated (Anti-Virus databases updated).
  • Anti-Phishing databases updated (Anti-Phishing databases updated).
  • Anti-Virus databases are up-to-date (Anti-Virus databases are up-to-date).
  • Anti-Phishing databases are up-to-date (Anti-Phishing databases are up-to-date).
  • Anti-Virus databases are out of date (Anti-Virus databases are out of date).
  • Anti-Phishing databases are out of date (Anti-Phishing databases are out of date).
  • Anti-Virus databases are obsolete (Anti-Virus databases are obsolete).
  • Anti-Phishing databases are obsolete (Anti-Phishing databases are obsolete).
  • Anti-Virus databases applied. Publication time: <publication time> (Anti-Virus databases applied. Publication time: <publication time>).
  • Anti-Phishing databases applied. Publication time: <publication time> (Anti-Phishing databases applied. Publication time: <publication time>).
  • Error updating databases: <error reason> (Error updating databases: <error reason>).

To filter system events by event details:

  1. In the application web interface window, select Events.
  2. Select the System tab.
  3. Click Add condition.
  4. In the drop-down list that appears on the left, select Details.
  5. Type an event description or a fragment of an event description in English in the entry field on the right.

    For example, type Update started to view update start events.

  6. Click Search.

A table of events satisfying the filtering criteria is displayed.
