Connecting to the virtual machine and starting the Initial Configuration Wizard

To connect to the virtual machine and start configuring Kaspersky Web Traffic Security in the VMware ESXi hypervisor Management Console:

1. Open the Management Console of the VMware ESXi hypervisor.
2. In the Navigator pane, in the Virtual Machines section, select the virtual machine that you want to start.
3. Click the Power on button.

   The virtual machine starts.

4. Click the Console button and select the necessary console startup format from the drop-down list:
   • Open browser console.
   • Launch remote console.

   The management console of the virtual machine opens. After connecting to the virtual machine, the Application Setup and Initial Configuration Wizard starts. Follow the instructions of the Wizard.
