How to submit information about Kaspersky Safe Kids performance to Technical Support? You can enable or disable logging of application events to create trace files and send them at the request of Technical Support. By default, logging of application events is disabled. You can also enable or disable logging and automatic transmission of operating system information (dump files) to help Kaspersky Lab collect information about application bugs and fix them in subsequent updates. How to configure the proxy server? If your connection to the Internet uses a proxy server, you need to specify the proxy server connection settings. By default, the application attempts to automatically detect the proxy server settings and connect to the Internet. If the application fails to detect the proxy server settings automatically, it prompts you for the user name and password for proxy server authentication. By default, the application saves the specified user name and password to automatically connect to the Internet. To configure the proxy server:

How to manage the application from the command prompt? You can manage Kaspersky Safe Kids from the command prompt. Command prompt syntax: safekids.com <command> [parameters] Use the following command to view help information about the command prompt syntax: safekids.com [ /? | HELP ] This command allows you to obtain a full list of commands that are available for managing Kaspersky Safe Kids through the command prompt. To obtain help on the syntax of a specific command, you can enter one of the following commands: safekids.com <command> /? safekids.com HELP <command> At the command prompt, you can refer to the application either from the application installation folder or by specifying the full path to safekids.com. Using the command prompt to manage the Kaspersky Safe Kids installation parameters is intended for service purposes. You are not advised to use these parameters without being instructed to do so by Technical Support representatives or without consulting them. |
