KnNoticeCreate()

This function is declared in the file coresrv/handle/notice_api.h.

Retcode KnNoticeCreate(Notice *notice);

This function creates a notification receiver named notice (object that stores notifications).

If successful, the function returns rcOk, otherwise it returns an error code.
