Kaspersky Safe Kids lets you set an allowed area. The allowed area is the area where the child should be at the time you set. You receive an alert when the child leaves the agreed area with the monitored mobile device.
For example, on weekdays, your child must be in school or on school grounds from 8:00 to 12:00. If at this time, the child leaves school grounds, you will receive an alert.
Alerts, when the child leaves the allowed area, cannot be sent from the child's mobile device without an Internet connection.
You can set an allowed area for the child only in the premium version of Kaspersky Safe Kids.
To set an allowed area for the child:
This opens the settings for child protection.
To enable the app to track the child's mobile device, make sure that positioning and GPS services are enabled on the child's device.
A map showing the current location of your mobile device opens. The allowed area is highlighted in green around the current location of your mobile device.
You can use the address search functionality by typing the address in the Search field to go to the relevant map sector.
Kaspersky Safe Kids sends you an alert if the child leaves the allowed area during the period that you specified.
You can also set an allowed area for the child on My Kaspersky.
