Viewing the protection status of a device

To view the protection status of a device:

  1. In Kaspersky Security Center Web Console, open the list of managed devices (DevicesManaged Devices).
  2. In the list, select the required device to view detailed information.

    The window containing general information about the selected device opens.

  3. Open the Protection tab (GeneralProtection).

The Protection tab displays the following information about the selected device:

  • Visible—Visibility of the selected device in the network.
  • Status—Current status of the selected device, such as OK, Critical, or Warning.
  • Status description—Reasons for change of the selected device status to Critical or Warning.

    The device status changes to Critical if the File Integrity Monitoring task is not running.

    The device status changes to Warning if the application or operating system restart is required. After restart, the device status changes to OK.

    For more details about status change, refer to the Kaspersky Security Center documentation.

  • Protection status—Status of the File Threat Protection, such as Running, Stopped, or Paused.
  • Last full scan—Date and time when the last full scan task was completed on the selected device.
  • Virus detected—Total number of malicious objects detected on the selected device (detected threat counter) since Kaspersky Endpoint Security was installed.
  • Objects that have failed disinfection—Number of infected objects that Kaspersky Endpoint Security was unable to disinfect.
  • Disk encryption status—The current status of file encryption on the local drives of the device.
