Changing the view mode of the web interface

Personal user mode is available only to users that use SSO authentication to log in to KSMG.

To switch from privileged user mode to personal user mode:

  1. At the bottom of the left menu pane, click on the name of the current user.
  2. In the pane that opens on the right, turn on the Personal user toggle switch.

This opens the main window of the application web interface in personal user mode for the current user account.

To switch from personal user mode to privileged user mode:

  1. At the bottom of the left menu pane, click on the name of the current user.
  2. In the expanded pane on the right, turn off the Personal user toggle switch.

This opens the main window of the application web interface in privileged user mode for the current user account.

To log out of an SSO-authenticated user account and log in with a local user account:

  1. At the bottom of the left menu pane, click on the name of the current user.
  2. In the expanded pane on the right, select Log in as local user.
  3. On the authorization page of the web interface, enter the login and password of the privileged user account.

    If necessary, on the authorization page of the web interface, you can go back to the active SSO session by clicking Back to main page.

This opens the main window of the application web interface in privileged user mode for the local user account.

To log out of your local user account and log in with SSO authentication:

  1. At the bottom of the left menu pane, click on the name of the current user.
  2. In the expanded pane on the right, select Log out.

    This opens the authorization page of the KSMG web interface.

  3. Refresh the page by pressing F5.

This opens the main window of the application web interface for the user account with SSO authentication. If a user with SSO authentication has an assigned role in the application, logging in opens the application in privileged user mode by default.
