Viewing the sending history of a message in Backup

To view the sending history of a message in Backup:

  1. In the application web interface window, select the Backup section.
  2. In the table of Backup objects, select the message for which you want to view the sending history.

    This opens the View message information window.

  3. Select the History of sending from Backup tab.

The tab displays records about the last 10 attempts to send the message from Backup.

In personal Backup, out of the 10 records, only those records are displayed that involve sending the message to the email address of the current user.

Descriptions of attempts to send the message displayed on the History of sending from Backup tab, are listed in the table below.

Information about attempts to send a message from Backup

Column name

Description

Result

Result of the attempt to send the message from Backup. Possible values:

Check mark icon. – Sent.

X icon. – Failed to send.

Hovering over the X icon. icon displays a tooltip with a more detailed description of the error.

Sent by

The name of the user account that sent the message from Backup.

In personal Backup, only the following values are possible:

  • You

    This value is displayed if the current user sent the message from Backup.

  • User

    This value is displayed if the message was sent from Backup by another user, but to the address of the current user.

List of recipients

List of message recipients specified when sending from Backup. The addresses are taken from the SMTP session.

The column is not available in personal Backup.

Sent date and time

Date and time when the message was sent from Backup.

You can sort the entries in the table by the Result, Sent by, or Sent date and time columns. You can set ascending or descending sorting order by clicking Sort. in the column header. Clicking the sort icon for a third time resets the sorting of the column.
