You may have an option to remove a subscription from your My Kaspersky account if you no longer want to use it.

When you remove a subscription, it will no longer be available on your devices, and you won't be able to manage it in your My Kaspersky account.

When you remove an active subscription from your account, it is not canceled automatically. The subscription will be renewed at the end of its term, and you will be charged a subscription fee until you cancel it. To cancel your subscription, turn off subscription auto-renewal.

You can remove the following types of subscriptions from your My Kaspersky account:

  • Subscriptions for the Unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection.
  • Subscriptions for the Kaspersky app or the Kaspersky Security Cloud app that are expired or blocked or were received for free as a special offer.

Only the subscription owner can remove a subscription.

To remove a subscription from your account:

  1. Go to Subscriptions tab and select the subscription.
  2. Click Manage subscription.
  3. In the subscription menu, click Remove from account.

A notification with information about what happens next is displayed. Carefully read this information.

  4. Click Delete to confirm removal of the subscription.

The removal process begins.

When the removal process is over, the subscription will no longer be available in your My Kaspersky account. An email will be sent to you with an activation code that you can add to your account to restore your subscription later. We do not keep a record of the activation code, so please store it securely.
