Limit Internet use time for a child or teenager

Excessive computer use may be harmful for children and teenagers. If you need to limit the amount of Internet use for a computer user, you can use the Time Control category of Parental Control.

To limit Internet use time for a user:

1. Open the main application window.
2. Click the button.

   The Parental Control window opens.

3. In the left pane of the window, select a user account for which you want to limit Internet use.
4. In the right pane of the window, click the Enable Parental Control button.
5. In the left pane of the window, select the Time Control category.
6. In the upper pane of the window, click the Enable button.
7. Set Internet use time limits as appropriate.

You can view а report on the user’s Internet use, divided by allowed and blocked periods of time, on the Reports tab of the Parental Control window.
