A company in ASAP is an organizational unit. A company account unites all corporate employees undergoing training. Each company has its own set of training groups and rules for assigning users to these groups. All companies in the same account use a common pool of training slots for the account, unless a specific user quota has been set for them.

You can assign a Support specialist for each company and an admin. The admin will have access to a dashboard with information about the training process. Admins can create reports and view analytical data about the company.

Default company settings

  • In the Company settings section, the admin can change the following settings:
    • In the General information section, admins can change the following information about the company: name, domain name, name and address of the Support specialist, and the default language used to send invites to users. Here they can also add a company logo and use it in emails sent from the platform.
    • In the Training settings section, you can disable the option for early testing, as well as the sending of phishing emails as part of the training process.
  • In the Custom field and rules section, you can add additional fields with information about the user and also create rules to automatically group users based on custom fields. These rules automate the process of grouping users when importing from an .xlsx file, as well as when synchronizing the application with Active Directory.
  • In the Email and certificate settings settings section, you can change the way users are named when they get training invites and receive certificates.
  • In the SSO section, you can configure user authentication via Single Sign-On. In this case, users log in to the training portal via a single link using their identity provider account.
  • In the Company domains section, you can verify ownership of your company's domains. Then you can add users from confirmed domains to phishing campaigns without sending them an invitation to obtain their consent.
  • In the Report phishing section, Kaspersky ASAP plugin settings can be configured for Microsoft Outlook.
