To resolve issues with the operation of Kaspersky Password Manager, you may need to collect and submit technical information about application operation errors to Technical Support. Kaspersky Password Manager lets you write information about application events to LOG files. By default, the application saves these files on your device in the folder named %Programdata%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Password Manager\Logs. The names of files contain their creation date and time.
To enable logging of application events:
- Open the main application window.
- In the lower part of the window, click the
button.
- In the application tray menu, select the Settings item.
The application settings window opens.
- In the left part of the window, select the Miscellaneous section.
- In the right part of the window, select the check box.
Logging of application events is now enabled.
