Enabling and disabling Host Intrusion Prevention

By default, the Host Intrusion Prevention component is enabled and runs in the mode recommended by Kaspersky experts. You can disable the Host Intrusion Prevention component if necessary.

To enable or disable the Host Intrusion Prevention component:

  1. In the lower part of the main application window, click the icon_settings button.
  2. In the application settings window, select Protection → Advanced Threat Protection → Host Intrusion Prevention.
  3. Use the Host Intrusion Prevention toggle to enable or disable the component.
  4. Save your changes.
