Preparing to contact Customer Service

Before creating a request, please do the following:

  • Install the latest version of the application for which you want to create a request.

    You can download an application installation package on Management Console. Most problems are resolved by simply installing the latest version of an application.

  • In the Licenses section, add information about your license for the application for which you want to create a request.

    License registration helps the Customer Service engineer obtain the information on your license automatically.

  • Make sure that your question is not in the list of Kaspersky Customer Service limitations.
