Please make sure that the activation code is not expired, blocked, or suspended and the device to which you want to send the subscription is connected to your account. In some cases, a subscription still cannot be sent, usually, due to the following technical restrictions and limitations:
- the installed application has no option to add additional subscriptions;
- an additional subscription is already added to the application;
- a subscription with auto-renewal cannot be added as an additional subscription;
- the subscription expires sooner than a subscription used in the application;
- another subscription delivery is pending;
- no empty slots (devices or users) left under the subscription limit;
- the product is not yet commercially launched in your region;
- the subscription is trial or free;
- the subscription is for a per-user service which is activated automatically when connected to your account;
- the subscription is not compatible with the installed application version;
- a Kaspersky Small Office Security subscription cannot be sent from My Kaspersky;
- a Kaspersky Small Office Security subscription can only be sent from Management Console by the subscription administrator;
- a subscription for a limited amount of time and devices cannot be sent if an auto-renewable subscription in any status is used in the application;
- a subscription with auto-renewal cannot be sent if an active subscription for a limited amount of time and devices is used in the application.
You can always contact Customer Service to get assistance with activating your application.
To replace a subscription on your device with another subscription, you may first need to revoke the existing subscription from your device and then send a new subscription.
