How to remove subscription from your account

You can remove some subscription from your My Kaspersky account if you no longer want to use it.

Please note, that when you remove active subscription from your account it is not actually canceled. To cancel your subscription, you need to turn off subscription auto-renewal. While you haven’t turn it off the subscription will be renewed at the end of each term and you will be charged subscription payment.

To remove subscription from account:

  1. Go to Subscriptions section and select the subscription of interest.
  2. Click Manage subscription.
  3. In the subscription menu click Remove from account.

    The information window opens with notification about what happens when you remove subscription. Carefully read this information.

  4. Click Remove to confirm subscription removal.

    The removal process will be initiated and a message will be shown on the screen, telling that it may take some time to deactivate protection for all your devices.

When removal process is over, the subscription will no longer be available in your My Kaspersky account. An email will be sent to you with the activation code to restore your subscription at a later time. We will not be keeping a record of the activation code, so please store it securely.
