How to revoke the subscription from a device

If you revoke the subscription from a device, you will not be able to remotely manage its security.

To revoke the subscription from a device:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions section.
  2. Select the subscription you need and click to drop down the subscription panel.
  3. Click the device you want to revoke subscription from in My devices section.
  4. Drop down Installed apps panel to expand the list of apps installed on the device.
  5. Click trash bin (myk_delete) icon for the product for which you want to revoke the subscription.
  6. DISCONNECT FROM ACCOUNT form will open. Click OK to revoke the subscription from the device and disconnect installed app from your account.

The subscription revocation process is started. This process may take a long time (up to 24 hours).
