Updating Kaspersky Sandbox TLS certificate data in Kaspersky Endpoint Agent

If you are replacing the TLS certificate of a Kaspersky Sandbox server, you must update the Kaspersky Sandbox TLS certificate data in Kaspersky Endpoint Agent and configure a trusted connection with Kaspersky Sandbox once again.

To update Kaspersky Sandbox TLS certificate data in Kaspersky Endpoint Agent:

  1. Open the Kaspersky Security Center Administration Console.
  2. In the console tree, select the Policies folder.
  3. Select the necessary policy and double-click it to open its properties.
  4. Under Kaspersky Sandbox integration, select Connection settings section, Connection settings settings group.
  5. Select the Use trusted connection check box.
  6. Click Add new TLS certificate.

The Adding TLS certificate window opens.

  7. Do one of the following to add a TLS certificate created on the Kaspersky Sandbox side:
    • Add a certificate file. To do so, click Browse, and in the window that opens, select the certificate file and click Open.
    • Paste the contents of the certificate file to the OR field.

Kaspersky Endpoint Agent can have only one TLS certificate of a Kaspersky Sandbox server. If you have added a TLS certificate before and are adding a TLS certificate again, only the last added certificate is used.

  8. Click Add.

Information about the added TLS certificate is shown under Kaspersky Sandbox integration settings.

  9. In the upper right corner of the settings group, move the toggle switch from Unaffected by policy to Under policy.
  10. Click OK.

Kaspersky Sandbox TLS certificate data is updated and a trusted connection with Kaspersky Sandbox is established.
