Installing the application

To install the application from an RPM package or DEB package:

1. Copy the kwts_6.1.0-<package version> package included in the distribution kit into the home folder.
2. Start the installation of the package. To do so, run one of the following commands depending on the utilized operating system:
   • CentOS, Red Hat Enterprise Linux or SUSE Linux Enterprise Server:

     rpm -ivh kwts_6.1.0-<package version>.rpm

   • Ubuntu or Debian:

     dpkg -i kwts_6.1.0-<package version>.deb

3. Wait for the installation to complete.

After installation is complete, the command line shows a reminder to run the application configuration script.
