Adding a workspace

To add a workspace:

  1. In the application web interface window, select Workspaces.
  2. Click Add workspace.

    The window for adding a workspace opens.

  3. In the Name box, type the name of the workspace.
  4. In the Comment box, type the comment for the workspace.

    Optional setting.

  5. To assign part of client licenses to this workspace:
    1. Select the Reserve client licenses for workspace check box.
    2. Enter the number of client licenses you want to assign to this workspace.
  6. Add a criterion for determining the workspace traffic. To do so:
    1. In the workspace traffic criteria group Criteria, select one of the following options from the drop-down list:
      • LDAP: group canonicalName.
      • LDAP: user distinguishedName.
      • IP address.
    2. In the field to the right of the drop-down list, enter the value for the selected setting.
  7. To add a new workspace criterion:
    1. Click Proxy_icon_add.
    2. Repeat step 6 actions to add a workspace criterion.
  8. If you specified several workspace criteria, click the link to the right of the Criteria group to select one of the following options:
    • any of if you want to determine workspace traffic by any of the added criteria.
    • all of if you want to determine workspace traffic by all added criteria.
  9. Click Add.

The workspace is added.
