If the user believes that access to a web resource was blocked in error, the user can contact the corporate LAN administrator. In that case it's necessary to find out which traffic processing rule blocked the access. To do so, you need to find the event in the log using criteria provided by the affected user.
To find out why access to a web resource is blocked:
In the application web interface window, select Events.
Select the Traffic tab if it is available.
Click Add condition.
Configure filtering by the name of the affected user:
In the drop-down list on the left, select User name.
In the drop-down list in the middle, select Is equal to.
In the right field, enter the user name.
Click Add condition.
Configure filtering by the web address of the blocked web resource:
In the drop-down list on the left, select URL.
In the drop-down list in the middle, select Is equal to.
In the field on the right, enter the web address of the blocked web resource.
Click Search.
A table of events satisfying the filtering criteria is displayed. In the Rule name column, you can view the traffic processing rule that blocked the user from accessing the web resource.
