Saving the trace file on a computer
To save a trace file on a computer:
- In the application web interface window, select Nodes.
- Click
to open the Nodes section menu. - Click View trace logs.
The Trace logs for Technical Support page opens with the list of previously created trace logs.
- Click
next to the name of the trace log from which you want to download the files. - In the row containing the necessary file, click the
icon.
The trace file is saved on the computer in the browser download folder.
