Saving the trace file on a computer

To save a trace file to your computer:

  1. In the application web interface window, select the Nodes section.
  2. Click With three horizontal lines. to open the Nodes section menu.
  3. Click View trace logs.

    The Trace logs for Technical Support page opens with the list of previously created trace logs.

  4. Click Plus. next to the name of the trace log from which you want to download the files.
  5. In the row containing the necessary file, click the Download. icon.

The trace file is saved on the computer in the browser download folder.
