Switching between workspaces in the application web interface

The local administrator can access all workspaces. You can also grant one user access to multiple workspaces.

When creating and configuring workspaces, and subsequently when managing problems in the application, the user may need to switch between workspaces. The display of the section for switching between workspaces in the web interface tree is determined by the algorithm described in the table below.

To switch between workspaces:

  1. In the application web interface, select the Global section if you are outside of workspaces, or select the section containing the name of your organization if you are in the web interface of a workspace.
  2. In the drop-down pane, select the name of the workspace to which you want to proceed.

The web interface of the selected workspace is displayed. In the tree on the left, you can access web interface sections in accordance with the access privileges of the current user.
